How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → CatWOW → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CatWOW → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open CatWOW → Profile → Settings → "Restore purchases".

How do I delete my data?

Most data is stored only on your device, deleting the app removes it. If you signed in, you can delete your account and everything stored with it right in the app, or ask us to do it: see Delete your account and data.

My cat doesn't react, is that normal?

Yes. Many cats react to the sounds, every cat is different, and some just flick an ear or ignore the phone. Try a different sound, keep sessions short, and hold the phone at arm's length. Flat ears, a twitching tail or hiding mean: stop for today.
